  • Digital Products Policy (No Return/Exchange): Since our products are digital files (PDF / E-books) that are instantly delivered and accessible upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link is provided.
  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only issued in the following exceptional cases:
    • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical glitch.
    • File Not Delivered / Broken Link: If you did not receive the download link or the file is corrupted, and our support team is unable to provide a working copy within 24–48 hours.
  • How to Request a Refund: If you face any payment or download issues, please email us with your Order ID, Payment Proof (Screenshot/UTR), and registered email address:
