At [The Real Pustak], we want to ensure you have a great experience. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

No Refunds: Since E-Books are digital assets that cannot be "returned" physically once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is complete.

Exception (Technical Issues): If you experience a technical problem (e.g., the file is corrupted, or the download link does not work), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. If we cannot resolve the issue or provide a working copy, we will issue a full refund.
